Continuing Disclosure

Due to Federal requirements ("Rule 15c2-12"), newly issued bonds require Continuing Annual Disclosure of certain data and information. A Disclosure Certificate is part of the bonding process and this document proscribes the exact information and timing of the dissemination.

NBS provides analysis, preparation and dissemination of all types of Disclosure Reports.
