Cost Recovery

With the various types of Special Financing Districts, it is important to ensure that all costs associated with such Districts are charged back to them and recovered in the annual levy process.

NBS works closely with their clients to ensure that these costs are correctly reviewed and then spread to the individual parcels in accordance with established procedures and the relevant legal statutes.
