Proposition 218 Compliance

Proposition 218 compliance consists of a number of steps, including:

•      Public Outreach
• Analyzing the district, rate or fee
• Determining the course of action
• Developing mailers, notices and ballots
• Tabulating the ballots (as needed)
• Reporting the results for further actions

     NBS has been at the forefront of this area since Proposition 218 was passed in 1996, and has assisted public agencies with both large and small districts.
