NBS SELECTED TO SPEAK ON PANEL AT DECEMBER 2007 LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES SEMINAR

Temecula, California – September 1, 2007 – Tim Seufert, Managing Director at NBS, will address the League of California Cities Finance Seminar in Monterey California on December 5, 2007. Attendees are high-level municipal financial professionals from across California .
