NBS ON PANEL AT JANUARY 2008 MMANC WINTER FORUM FINANCE SEMINAR

Temecula , California – December 1, 2007 – Tim Seufert, Managing Director at NBS, has been selected to speak on a panel at the Winter Forum Finance Seminar for the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC). This MMANC group is composed of municipal management staff from Cities, Counties and Special Districts across over 40 counties in Northern and Central California .

The session is a primer on Special Taxes and Special Assessments, focusing on specific case studies in new “greenfield” developments, infill and “brownfield” developments, as well as business and downtown areas.
