NBS SPEAKING AT 2007 COUNTY AUDITOR'S ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA (CAAC) PROPERTY TAX ADMINISTRATION FUNCTION

Temecula, California - February 1, 2007 - NBS has been selected to speak at the County Auditor's Association of California (CAAC), Property Tax Administration function. The group meets three times a year to provide a forum to share knowledge, keep abreast with current developments and make suggestions to the CAAC relating to property tax administration. The February meeting will be held in Ontario on February 15. Pablo Perez, Director at NBS, and Danielle Wood, Manager at NBS, will present a session on Mello-Roos and other Debt Financing.

The session is a primer on Special Taxes vs. Special Assessments and the different types of Special Financing Districts. In addition, the seminar covers the process of Annual Administration for these types of districts.
