NBS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF CITY OF SAN DIEGO PROJECT

Temecula, California - September 1, 2003 - NBS is proud to announce the completion of an important project for the City of San Diego. NBS was selected from a pool of consultants and engaged to provide Assessment Engineering Services and form a 1913/1915 Act Assessment District. The district provided infrastructure financing for a premier business park development.

NBS analyzed the various factors and developed a Method of Assessment spread that considered all of the property characteristics. The improvements included streets, curbs, gutters, traffic signals, water, sewer, electrical, detention basin acquisition, storm drains, joint trench, existing utility undergrounding, medians, landscaping, sewer pump station, and hazardous materials abatement. This project was successfully accomplished with the cooperation of multiple property owners holding varied interests in the project.
