It is obvious – revenues are the lifeblood of local governments. Therefore, this edition of NBS University, which occurs every other year, will feature a number of topics that relate to revenue and the challenges thereof. Recognizing the importance of revenues, the Municipal Managers Association of Northern California (MMANC) is co-sponsoring NBS University 2018.
